Nicole Guzzardi, affectionately known as the "Boss Babe," co-owns AG Construction Company with her boyfriend, real estate investor Billy Alvaro. Together, they are spearheading real estate developments across New Jersey, New York, and are now expanding to other states.
Nicole is a dynamic individual who adeptly balances multiple roles. As a mother of three and a recent grandmother, she holds family close to her heart.
Adding to her impressive portfolio in real estate, Nicole founded The Committee GNO, an empowering all-women's networking platform. This vibrant community fosters connections, collaboration, and mutual support among women in business.
Demonstrating her commitment to positive change, Nicole also established the S.M.A.R.T. Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting single mothers and their children. Driven by compassion and determination, Nicole and her devoted board provide invaluable resources, support, and opportunities for single mothers and their children.
Through her various endeavors, Nicole's desire to give back and uplift women shines brightly. Her dedication and passion continue to inspire hope and make a lasting impact on the lives of many, paving the way for a brighter future for women and their communities.

Meet Amanda, an inspiring entrepreneur and community builder! Amanda, is the owner of Amanda Kristy Media, My Room Studios, and co-founder of The Committee GNO! She is a passionate photographer dedicated to helping others tell their stories through her lens.
A dog mom to her two fur-babies, Roman and Chief, Amanda’s love for animals has inspired her to make a significant impact in the rescue community. Over the past decade, she has generously donated to numerous shelters across the USA and hosted several large-scale charity events to support local dog rescues. Together with her charity partner Taylor, Amanda is taking her mission to the next level by launching a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Pawtecting Paws, in 2025. Their goal is to raise awareness, funds, and resources to make a meaningful difference in the lives of rescue animals.
Amanda’s heart for giving back extends far beyond animal rescue. Her passion for supporting small businesses and fostering authentic connections led her to team up with Nicole after the first Committee GNO event. What started as a shared vision has blossomed into a seven-year partnership that brings women together through their Girls Networking Out (GNO) events. These events have become a hub for empowering women, building relationships, and creating lasting memories.
Watching women form genuine connections and celebrate each other’s successes is what fuels Amanda’s drive to continue building this incredible community of boss babes.

Renee Jensen-Guzzardi is the founder of 11 Eleven Healing, a holistic wellness practice dedicated to helping individuals achieve balance and healing through Reiki and spiritual wellness.
With a strong commitment to fostering well-being, Renee specializes in creating personalized experiences that support clients on their journeys to inner peace and empowerment, emphasizing the mind-body-spirit connection. This holistic approach naturally extends into her role as a Realtor Associate with Keller Williams Village Realty, where she believes that finding a safe and nurturing home is essential for overall well-being.
Drawing on 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Renee possesses valuable insights into the complexities of home buying and selling. Her background allows her to understand the integral link between real estate and personal security, enabling her to guide clients effectively throughout the process.
Originally from Chicago and having moved to Jackson Hole, WY, Renee began her entrepreneurial journey at 31, launching her first business in 2008. After navigating the challenges of divorce while raising two small children, she embraced new opportunities in New Jersey, where she now resides in Ridgewood with her husband, four teenagers and a beloved pit bull rescue.
A mental health and domestic violence advocate, Renee ran the networking organization Ying and Yang Mom from 2015 to 2021, fostering connections among mothers and highlighting the importance of community support. She is also a published author in the book Redefining Success, sharing her journey alongside other women who have faced challenges to achieve their goals.
Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit, Renee is passionate about relationship building and empowering others to manifest abundance and success through their struggles. She believes that by fostering meaningful connections, we can create a supportive community that inspires growth and transformation.

Brianna Santigate is the founder of All Things BNS, a multifaceted business dedicated to the vibrant world of dance, social media management, and travel.
Specializing in an array of services that cater to dance enthusiasts, providing top-notch social media management solutions for businesses seeking online presence, and curating unforgettable travel experiences. Our commitment lies in blending creativity, expertise, and passion to deliver excellence across these diverse domains.
Brianna grew up dancing competitively and continued her studies throughout high school and college, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance from Montclair State University. Her professional credits include touring globally with Reggaeton artist Nicky Jam since 2022. She has danced at the Miss America Pageant, been in music videos by artists like JBalvin, Cardi B, Frankie Zulferino, Nio Garcia and Scott Paul. Was featured in the US Open Campaign commercial, danced for the New York Jets Flight Crew 2018 & 2019, and can be seen on Fox's So You Think You Can Dance Season 16 as a "Top 40" dancer.

Meet our Bookkeeper, Shiela!
Shiela is our Bookkeeper that keeps our books in check. She handles accounts receivables/payables, manages payments from our members and partners and she makes sure our monthly numbers are all in balance.
You may hear from Shiela from time to time regarding a payment or about your membership. She’s on top of her tasks, quick and very responsive.
