Nicole Guzzardi, affectionately known as the "Boss Babe," co-owns AG Construction Company with her boyfriend, real estate investor Billy Alvaro. Together, they are spearheading real estate developments across New Jersey, New York, and are now expanding to other states.
Nicole is a dynamic individual who adeptly balances multiple roles. As a mother of three and a recent grandmother, she holds family close to her heart.
Adding to her impressive portfolio in real estate, Nicole founded The Committee GNO, an empowering all-women's networking platform. This vibrant community fosters connections, collaboration, and mutual support among women in business.
Demonstrating her commitment to positive change, Nicole also established the S.M.A.R.T. Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting single mothers and their children. Driven by compassion and determination, Nicole and her devoted board provide invaluable resources, support, and opportunities for single mothers and their children.
Through her various endeavors, Nicole's desire to give back and uplift women shines brightly. Her dedication and passion continue to inspire hope and make a lasting impact on the lives of many, paving the way for a brighter future for women and their communities.

Meet our co-founder of the GNO Membership, Amanda!
Meet Amanda, an inspiring entrepreneur and community builder! Amanda, is the owner of Amanda Kristy Media, My Room Studios, and co-founder of The Committee GNO! She is a passionate photographer dedicated to helping others tell their stories through her lens.
A dog mom to her two fur-babies, Roman and Chief, Amanda’s love for animals has inspired her to make a significant impact in the rescue community. Over the past decade, she has generously donated to numerous shelters across the USA and hosted several large-scale charity events to support local dog rescues. Together with her charity partner Taylor, Amanda is taking her mission to the next level by launching a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Pawtecting Paws, in 2025. Their goal is to raise awareness, funds, and resources to make a meaningful difference in the lives of rescue animals.
Amanda’s heart for giving back extends far beyond animal rescue. Her passion for supporting small businesses and fostering authentic connections led her to team up with Nicole after the first Committee GNO event. What started as a shared vision has blossomed into a seven-year partnership that brings women together through their Girls Networking Out (GNO) events. These events have become a hub for empowering women, building relationships, and creating lasting memories.
Watching women form genuine connections and celebrate each other’s successes is what fuels Amanda’s drive to continue building this incredible community of boss babes.

After spending over two decades building a career within one organization, Jane made the bold decision to pivot and pursue her own path — transforming her experience, creativity, and drive into thriving businesses that reflect her vision.
As the owner of Graze Craze of Wyckoff and Signature Productions by Jane, she curates unforgettable experiences through high-end charcuterie, grazing tables, catering and full-scale event planning. Jane has a natural talent for connecting deeply with clients, especially when they feel overwhelmed. She brings calm, clarity, and vision to every collaboration, helping others bring their ideas to life with intention and style.
Jane also is involved with GNO: Girls Networking Out, a North Jersey-based networking group created to empower and connect women small business owners. GNO provides a supportive and inspiring space where women can collaborate, learn, and grow together. Jane's mission is to help others rise by sharing her journey and encouraging women to own their power and pursue their purpose with confidence.
Meet Patricia, aka Patty, the friendly face behind the scenes who keeps everything running smoothly. Between managing our social media and handling operational tasks, she keeps things organized, and manages our memberships and emails so nothing ever slips through the cracks.
When she’s not engaging on the socials or making sure everything is in order, Patty loves crocheting something cute, getting lost in a good book, and picking up new skills just for the fun of learning. She’s reliable, resourceful, and always ready to help.

Shiela is our Bookkeeper that keeps our books in check. She handles accounts receivables/payables, manages payments from our members and she makes sure our monthly numbers are all in balance.
You may hear from Shiela from time to time regarding a payment or about your membership. She’s on top of her tasks, quick and very responsive.
